Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
Build and manage Microservices-based architecture
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs
Work on Kafka-based messaging systems for real-time data processing
Ensure application performance, security, and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and frontend teams
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation processes
Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Java (8 or above)
Expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
Experience with Apache Kafka or messaging systems
Good understanding of REST APIs and backend integrations
Proficiency in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Knowledge of CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices
Understanding of Application Resiliency and Security practices

Good to Have

Experience with AWS or any cloud platform
Exposure to cloud-native application development
Knowledge of financial services domain and related IT systems
Basic understanding of AI/ML or modern tech stacks
