We are seeking a Full stack Tech Lead to drive end-to-end technical solutions, lead engineering teams, and ensure delivery of scalable, high-quality applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend technologies (Java/J2EE, Node.js, Python, or .NET) combined with frontend frameworks, cloud platforms, and leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and deployment of Full stack applications.
Architect scalable solutions using modern frameworks and cloud services.
Mentor and guide developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps.
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Drive Agile/Scrum practices and ensure timely project delivery.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where relevant.

Required Skills

Backend Expertise: Java/J2EE, Node.js, Python, or .NET.
Frontend Skills: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
Databases: SQL (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).
Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
DevOps & CI/CD: Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
8–12 years of progressive experience in software development.
Prior experience in a Tech Lead / Team Lead role.
Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade applications.

Preferred Attributes

Experience in solution architecture and system design.
Exposure to distributed systems and high-availability applications.
Ability to balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities.
