Cybersecurity Pre-Sales Architect (Palo Alto / SASE / Cloud Security)

Role Overview

We are looking for a client-facing Cybersecurity Pre-Sales Architect to drive enterprise security transformation initiatives across ASEAN.

This role focuses on delivering end-to-end cybersecurity solutions across network security, SASE, cloud security, and security operations, with a strong emphasis on Palo Alto Networks technologies.

You will play a key role in engaging enterprise customers, shaping solution strategies, and driving successful deal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Solutioning

• Lead technical pre-sales engagements for enterprise cybersecurity solutions
• Design end-to-end security architectures across network, cloud, and security operations
• Deliver technical presentations, solution demos, and Proof of Concepts (POCs)
• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions

Deal Support & Strategy

• Partner with sales teams to drive complex, high-value deals
• Support RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, and bill of materials (BOM)
• Develop competitive positioning and technical win strategies

Customer Engagement

• Engage with C-level stakeholders and technical teams
• Act as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity strategy and transformation
• Provide technical guidance throughout the sales lifecycle

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in cybersecurity pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting roles
• Hands-on or pre-sales experience with Palo Alto Networks solutions is required, such as:NGFW (Next-Generation Firewall) Prisma SASE / Prisma AccessCortex (XDR / XSOAR / XSIAM)
• Strong experience in one or more of the following domains: Network SecuritySASE / SD-WAN / SSECloud Security (AWS / Azure / GCP) Security Operations (SIEM / XDR / SOAR)
• Experience designing enterprise-scale security solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills (client-facing)

Candidates with experience from Palo Alto partners, system integrators, or MSSPs are highly preferred
