What You'll Own

Systems & Experiences

• Design and ship full-stack features where AI powers both backend decisions and frontend experiences — owning the entire loop: UI → prompt → agent → tools → response → UI.
• Backend APIs and architecture powering session orchestration, booking, matching, and payments — built for scale and reliability.
• Agentic workflows: AI that plans, executes, validates, and recovers autonomously, with memory and context across sessions.
• AI-native frontend: copilot-style suggestions, guided workflows, and adaptive UI that responds to user context in real time.
• Human-in-the-loop systems — users can review, correct, and guide AI decisions at every step.
• Design systems and component architecture for human + AI interaction — built for uncertainty, confidence signals, and iteration.
• Frontend architecture: state management across UI and AI context, SSR/SSG, data-fetching, and API contracts.
• Build and iterate on UI screens via MCP — ship interfaces faster without sacrificing quality.
• Evaluation and feedback loops — measure correctness, decision quality, and latency, and close the loop continuously.
• Mentor engineers and raise the execution bar across the team.

What You Bring

• 6+ years building production systems with strong depth in both frontend and backend.
• React, TypeScript, Next.js — scalable, accessible, performant UIs.
• Go (Golang) — reliable, production-grade backend systems.
• Distributed architectures, SQL/NoSQL, cloud platforms.
• Daily use of AI coding tools: Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or Windsurf.
• Experience building AI-powered features end-to-end — agents, RAG pipelines, or adaptive interfaces.
• Strong intuition for where AI accelerates vs. where humans stay in control.
• Familiarity with MCP or similar AI integration frameworks.
• Experience with observability tooling (Sentry, Datadog) and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
