Product Manager

Required Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of experience as Product Manager

2. English level: Fluent English (both written and verbal)

Desired Qualifications:

Any of the below is a plus:

1. Higher education in computer science/technical field

2. Strong ability to translate complex technical topics into clear software

requirements

3. Experience with backup, disaster recovery, cloud, virtualization, SaaS, or security

4. Technical writing experience

5. Software testing experience

6. IT administration experience

7. Experience working with cross-functional teams

8. Experience contributing to product marketing or go-to-market activities

Responsibilities:

1. Produce clear, detailed functional requirements

2. Design features from the user perspective

3. Develop solutions to known problems and defects

4. Deal with requirements changes

5. Analyze competitors and industry trends

6. Conduct customer and partner discovery via interviews, support cases, feedback,

usage data, and market research

7. Own the product roadmap, aligned with company strategy and customer needs

8. Use AI tools to streamline research, documentation, and analysis, improving speed

and quality of product delivery

9. Partner with marketing team to develop go-to market strategy, positioning, and

messaging

10. Work closely with cross-functional teams to scope, plan, and deliver features on
