AI Engineer (Healthcare)

AI Singapore (AISG) is Singapore's national programme in artificial intelligence, launched by the National Research Foundation (NRF) to anchor deep national capabilities in AI. We are seeking an AI Engineer (Healthcare) to develop foundation models for Healthcare. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge large language models and agentic workflows for medical use cases.

Key Responsibilities

As a Healthcare AI Engineer (Healthcare), you will work closely with AI researchers and clinical partners from various institutions. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Supporting the development of medical domain foundation models.
• Fine-tuning and evaluating LLMs for primary care applications.
• Working on distributed training workflows for large language models.
• Collaborating on building reliable and scalable AI systems.
• Contributing to model improvement, experimentation, and deployment.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Master / Degree from a recognized university in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Possess 3 to 5 years of related working experience.
• Proven hands-on experience building and evaluating Machine Learning and Large Language Models.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
