NAVER Vietnam Visual EXperience (VVX)

The Vietnam Visual eXperience represents NAVER Vietnam’s strategic expansion into the field of next-generation media and production technology.

We are looking for Junior (Mid) Backend Engineers (Java/Spring).

Your Daily Task

• Develop Java Backend part of NAVER Cloud services.
• Participating in code reviews and architecture design.
• Proactive, can-do attitude and strong commitment.
  
  

Your Background

• 2+ years of work experience on Backend systems (junior/mid level) with Java applications to serve large-scale and high traffic projects.
• Have +1 years of experience in Java Spring-Framework.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Experience or strong knowledge of MSA and k8s.
• Experience in DevOps and CI/CD.
• Experience or strong knowledge one of databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB,...
• Understanding & experience in Data structure, Algorithm, Distributed Service, OOP.
• Open-minded, honest and have a positive attitude towards people.
• Good at communication skills in general and basic English skills in particular.
• Cloud Basics: Understanding of IaaS vs PaaS vs SaaS, compute/storage/network fundamentals.
• Networking Essentials: understand about network, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, VPC.
• Have knowledge on at least one cloud platform: AWS/GCP/Azure,…
  
  

It's a Big Plus If You

• Have experience in Message Queue like Kafka.
• Have experience with ELK stack.
• Have experience with distributed systems (e.g. HBase, Vitese, etc.).
• Have experience in Server Architecture Design for handling massive traffic.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Have a certificate on one of above cloud platforms.
