About the Role

As an SDE I - iOS Developer at Navi, you will work closely with the Product and Design teams to implement innovative user experiences on the iOS platform. You will contribute to the development of reusable iOS components, debug performance and functional issues, and collaborate with team members to improve coding practices. This role offers an opportunity to grow your technical skills while contributing to high-quality mobile applications that drive user engagement.

What We Expect From You

Collaborate with Product and Design teams to implement innovative user experiences for iOS.
Develop and maintain reusable iOS software components and libraries.
Actively participate in code reviews, contributing to the improvement of team coding practices.
Debug and resolve performance and functional issues in iOS applications.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, improving the maintainability and scalability of the project.
Document technical specifications, sequence diagrams, and Low-Level Designs (LLDs).
Contribute to feature design discussions and provide input on technical feasibility.
Support continuous improvement through feedback on processes and team practices.

Must Haves

Qualifications

1+ years of experience developing iOS applications using Swift, iOS SDK, and related frameworks.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, UIKit, and SwiftUI.
Experience with mobile architecture components, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
Understanding of networking, multithreading, and memory management in iOS.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Strong ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
Familiarity with Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins, Fastlane, or Travis CI.
Ability to integrate third-party SDKs, assess compatibility, and analyze trade-offs.

Soft Skills & Traits

Attention to detail in implementing pixel-perfect UI/UX designs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and debug issues.
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with fast-paced teams.
