Consultant, IT Security (Cyber Access Mgmt, IAM, PAM, CyberArk)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Consultant, IT Security specializing in Cyber Access Management, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and CyberArk solutions to join our organization in Singapore. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, designing and implementing comprehensive security access solutions that protect critical organizational assets and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Design, architect, and implement IAM and PAM solutions tailored to client requirements, with a focus on CyberArk platform deployment and optimization
• Conduct detailed security assessments and access control audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies
• Develop and customize access management policies, procedures, and governance frameworks aligned with industry best practices and compliance requirements
• Provide expert consultation to clients on identity lifecycle management, privileged account management, and cyber access control strategies
• Lead implementation projects, including system configuration, integration, testing, and user onboarding for IAM/PAM solutions
• Analyze complex security requirements and translate them into technical solutions that balance security, usability, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security architects, infrastructure engineers, and compliance specialists to ensure holistic security implementations
• Document technical specifications, architecture designs, and implementation procedures with precision and clarity
• Stay current with emerging security threats, CyberArk platform updates, and industry trends to continuously enhance solution delivery
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimization recommendations to ensure sustained security effectiveness
  
  

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT security, cybersecurity, or information security roles
• 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing IAM and PAM solutions
• 2+ years of demonstrated expertise with CyberArk platform, including administration, configuration, and deployment
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles, privileged access management best practices, and cyber access control frameworks
• Proven experience conducting security assessments, access control audits, and compliance evaluations
• Solid understanding of authentication mechanisms, authorization protocols, and identity governance concepts
• Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, or similar
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex security requirements
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with experience advising clients and stakeholders on security matters
• Proficiency in documenting technical specifications and creating clear implementation roadmaps
• Preferred: Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CCSK, or CyberArk-specific certifications
• Preferred: Experience with cloud security, identity federation, or advanced authentication technologies
• Preferred: Knowledge of scripting or automation tools to enhance security operations and access management processes
