What will youdo?

·       Providetechnical support for maintenance, patching, and upkeep of Microsoft, Nutanixand Citrix server systems, load balancers, and proxies.

·       Assistin managing compliance-related tasks to ensure regulatory adherence.

·       Collaboratein troubleshooting and resolving system issues to minimise downtime.

·       Supportday-to-day service and change requests, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

·       ManageIT equipment inventory, including tracking, condemnation, and disposalprocesses.

·       Coordinatewith vendors and clients to facilitate deployments, system refreshes, and othertechnical initiatives.

The ideal candidate should possess:

·       At least Degree in Computer science / IT / Engineeringor equivalent

·       Good technical skills in engineering, computer, and ITsystems, and preferably in communications technologies as well

·       Good working knowledge of Life Cycle Management andSystems Engineering in Windows server platform not limited to Microsoft SystemCentre suite of products.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Server Operating System,Nutanix Acropolis Hypervisor, Ubuntu, Redhat, ⁠Citrix Virtual Desktop, BeyondTrust PIM/PAM, RSASecurity Appliance, Splunk, Solarwinds, Tenable VMS, Veeam Backup, AnsibleAutomation Platform, Tenable VMS etc.

·       At least 1-3 years’ experience in InformationTechnology industry in the areas of Microsoft, Nutanix or Citrix systemimplementation, project management and O&S.

·       Good communication and writing skills

·       Shall have experience in performing projectmanagement, handle technical challenges and in liaising with the user andvendor to define business requirements and deliver technical solution.
