Intelligent Automation Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a Digital Automation Specialist who can bridge both business and technical domains. This role combines hands-on development using Microsoft Power Platform with business analysis and project coordination to drive automation and digital transformation across the organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders from Finance, HR, Operations, and Commercial teams to identify automation opportunities, design workflow solutions, and implement AIenabled document processing tools. This role is ideal for someone who is both technically capable and business-oriented, with the ability to translate user needs into practical and scalable solutions.

What will you do?

Automation Development

• Develop workflow automation using Power Automate (Cloud)
• Build user-friendly business applications using Power Apps Implement document automation solutions using AI
• Builder / OCR tools Support SharePoint / Microsoft Lists based workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Business Analysis & Solution Design

• Identify automation opportunities across departments
• Gather and clarify business requirements
• Translate requirements into technical design documentation
• Perform workflow/process mapping and identify optimization points

Project Delivery & Governance

• Work closely with automation developers and business users to ensure successful delivery
• Support UAT planning, testing, and go live activities
• Track automation KPIs such as time savings and error reduction
• Maintain solution documentation, standards, and best practices

AI / Digital Transformation Initiatives

• Support AI-driven document automation (PO, invoice, logistics documents, etc.)
• Collaborate on transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency
• Promote user adoption and support change management activities

An ideal candidate should possess:

• 3–5 years’ experience in business systems, automation, or digital transformation
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools
• Basic understanding of data structures (Excel, SharePoint, Dataverse)
• Experience gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and process documentation experience
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting ability

Good To Have

• Experience with AI Builder, OCR, or other document processing tools
• Power BI exposure (report consumption or basic analytics)
• SAP or ERP system exposure
• API / JSON understanding
• Project management or coordination experience
• Experience working with multi-country or regional teams
