The Role

We are looking for a mid-level Product Manager/SPM (4–7 years of experience) to join our team and help drive the vision and execution of our Customer Engagement & Experience suite. You

will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and

ensure successful go-to-market outcome.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with leadership to refine and execute the product vision and roadmap.
• Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.

● Define product differentiators and translate them into actionable requirements.

● Prioritize features balancing client needs and long-term product goals.

● Write user stories, PRDs, and wireframes; partner with engineering to deliver

high-quality releases.

● Ensure the product:

○ Creates a seamless, personalized experience for end users.

○ Drives measurable ROI for our clients.

○ Is simple to integrate and adopt.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to partner across GTM, sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success teams.

What we’re looking for

• 3–7 years of experience in product management, ideally in a B2B/B2C SaaS or martech environment.
• Strong understanding of data, databases, and APIs.

● Comfort with analytics, algorithms, and data-driven decision-making; familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus.

● Experience working with e-commerce or customer engagement products is an advantage.

● Ability to write clear product specs and work closely with engineers and designers.

● Strong problem-solving skills, user-first mindset, and passion for building intuitive products.

● Familiarity with APIs and API testing and tools like Postman, Swagger etc.

● Prior experience using some of the following products: Appsflyer, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Segment, Zappier, Branch, Tealium, Treasure data is a plus.
