Solution Architect - Presales (Server, Storage, HPC)

About the Role: As a Solution Architect - Presales, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing Netweb's advanced computing solutions to clients. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer requirements, designing tailored solutions leveraging Netweb's HCS offerings, and collaborating with internal teams to drive successful presales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

• Collaborate closely with customers to comprehend their technical requirements and business objectives.
• Conduct technical discussions, presentations, and workshops to highlight the value of Netweb's HCS solutions.

Solution Design:

• Develop end-to-end solutions based on customer needs, utilizing the latest technologies in server, storage, HPC, and related infrastructure.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to create customized solutions aligned with customer goals.
• Expertise for deploying private cloud on VM-ware, NUTANIX, Proxmox, Rehl OS shift.
• Expertise to Design AI based solutions, like training & Inference or AI Labs. Work on raw requirements and build solutions from scratch, that includes Server, Workstation, HPC, HCI, Private cloud, AI engine.

Presales Support:

• Provide technical support to the sales team during the presales process, including product demonstrations, proof-of-concept implementations, and creating technical documentation.

Market Awareness:

• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape related to high-end computing solutions.
• Contribute market insights to inform the development of new products and services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in a presales capacity, with expertise in server, storage, HPC, and related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, high-performance computing, and storage infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product management.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
