Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an AI Engineer at our Nagpur office. The AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions to solve complex business challenges. Day-to-day tasks include conducting research, developing neural network models, working on pattern recognition and natural language processing systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into scalable software solutions. The role requires a high level of technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning methodologies.

Qualifications

• Must have hands on experience in Python, Generative AI & LLM
• Strong knowledge in Pattern Recognition, Neural Networks, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Foundational and advanced proficiency in Computer Science principles with an emphasis on algorithms and data structures.
• Proven experience in Software Development, particularly in designing and deploying AI models and systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively, solve real-world problems, and develop innovative AI-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with tools and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar is a strong plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in the implementation of scalable AI and data processing frameworks is advantageous.
