Skills Required

Pursuing a degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering
Strong fundamentals in:

Python
data structures
APIs / backend basics

Hands-on experience building with modern AI tools, including:

LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models)
Prompt engineering (structured prompts, iteration, testing)
RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) or retrieval-based systems
Working with real data (documents, APIs, datasets)

Familiarity with:

embeddings and semantic search
vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, etc.)
frameworks like Lang Chain, Llama Index (or similar)

Ability to explain your projects end-to-end (architecture, trade-offs, decisions)
Curious, hands-on, and comfortable building in a fast-paced environment

This role is for candidates who have already built AI-powered applications, not just explored them

Scope of Work

Build and iterate on AI-powered workflows using LLMs
Design and implement RAG pipelines with real-world data
Integrate AI models with APIs, backend systems, and enterprise data sources
Work directly with real customers to:

understand use cases
deploy conversational AI solutions
support implementation and adoption

Build POVs (proof of value), demos, and prototypes to showcase product capabilities
Translate business problems into working AI solutions
Collaborate across sales, product, and engineering teams
Operate at the intersection of sales and technology, supporting:

client conversations
solution positioning
technical storytelling

Continuously improve systems across:

accuracy
latency
