About the Role:

In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing robust full stack solutions using modern web technologies, with a strong emphasis on scalable, maintainable code. You’ll contribute to the continuous improvement of our platforms by driving best practices in code quality, testing, automation, and performance optimization. This is a great opportunity to work on impactful systems that enhance workflow automation and significantly improve business efficiency for hundreds of thousands of users.  

Your contribution will be:

Code with Purpose: You design and implement complex features with clean, efficient, and scalable code, acting as a primary resource for maintaining and enhancing critical systems. 
Technical Problem-Solver: You dive into the details, resolving challenges head-on and delivering practical, hands-on solutions that drive results. 
Team Knowledge Sharer: Beyond excelling in your technology stack, you embrace new tools quickly and share insights to uplift the team’s technical capabilities and productivity. 
Collaborative Coder: You actively participate in code reviews, offering actionable feedback and collaborating on technical approaches to deliver the best outcomes. 
Proactive Contributor: You’re deeply involved in daily team ceremonies, like stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, and consistently provide updates and seek input when needed. 
Focused on Delivery: Known for getting things done, you balance writing quality code with the practicalities of shipping it efficiently, ensuring the team’s goals are met.
Lead & Share Knowledge – Stay ahead of the curve with emerging technologies and mentor teammates, boosting overall team efficiency and expertise.

To be successful, we think you need:

Proven Experience: 7+ years in software engineering, with a strong track record of delivering clean, high-quality code. 
Technical Expertise: Proficient in full stack development with experience in front-end frameworks like React, back-end development using C#, .NET 6/above, and Cloud technologies like Azure, CosmosDB, Kafka etc.
Effective Communicator: Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and lead impactful engineering conversations. 
Technical Leadership: Ability to guide technical discussions, drive decisions, and mentor peers when needed.
