🚨 We’re Hiring: Application Support / Technical System Analyst (Banking – Nostro Reconciliation)

We are looking for an experienced Application Support / Technical System Analyst to join our team and support vendor-based banking applications, particularly in the Nostro Reconciliation domain. This role involves working closely with business users, vendors, and cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless system performance and continuous improvements.

📍 Location: Singapore

🏢 Work Mode: Office-Based

🧑 💻 Experience Required: 8–10+ Years

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

🔎 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support vendor package applications related to Nostro Reconciliation.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze business and system requirements.

• Prepare Technical & Functional Specifications, system documentation, and test cases.

• Participate in system design, development, testing, and implementation of banking application systems.

• Work closely with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot system issues and improve application performance.

• Provide application support and ensure system stability in production environments.

💡 Key Requirements

• Strong experience in Nostro Reconciliation within Corporate Banking (experience in BR ProActive system will be highly preferred).

• Hands-on experience in VB, .NET, Microsoft SQL Server, Windows environment, and API integration.

• Knowledge of Agile methodology and the full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement solutions.

• Experience working with regional banking systems or multi-team environments is an advantage.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
