• Messaging Team:
• Windows OS is mandatory.
• Prefer Exchange, M365, SQL, SharePoint.
• Candidate need not have all four—any strong combination works (e.g., Exchange + SQL or M365 + SharePoint).
• Unix & DB Team:
• Unix/Linux mandatory.
• At least one database platform (Oracle, SAP HANA).
• Mix profiles: strong Linux admin + DBA profiles.
• Server Team:
• OS (Windows/Linux) and networking mandatory.
• Database knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Media Management Team:
• Windows + networking mandatory.
• Storage concepts and troubleshooting required (disk storage; tape optional).
• Cloud Skills:
• If one candidate has Windows + VMware + Cloud (Azure/AWS), that’s ideal.
• Don’t expect all skills in one person—hire complementary profiles.
