Agentic AI Implementation Engineer

Role Summary
Build, integrate, and ship Agentic AI solutions into production systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop agents using Google Agent Development Kit or similar frameworks
Implement tools, plugins, APIs, and orchestration logic
Build RAG pipelines, embeddings, and context management
Fine-tune / adapt models and prompts based on real-world usage
Integrate with backend systems (policy admin, CRM, workflows)
Monitor, debug, and optimize agent performance in production

Must-Have Skills

3–8 years of software engineering + AI/ML experience
Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM-based applications
Strong coding skills (Python/Node.js)
Experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms

Good to Have

Health insurance workflows
Experience with evaluation frameworks and prompt tuning
