Sr. Site Reliability Engineer (Terraform)

LOCATION: Bangalore, India

FULL-TIME, PERMANENT, HYBRID

Join our team of Engineers and play a pivotal role in architecting and implementing robust, scalable, and efficient infrastructure solutions using state-of-the-art technologies.

Day to day responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

Your work tasks / responsibilities

Implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform for efficient and consistent infrastructure provisioning.
Crafting and enhancing CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery and deployment.
Leveraging Azure cloud services to build and maintain a highly available and secure cloud infrastructure.
Designing, implementing, and managing Kubernetes-based solutions to orchestrate and manage containerized applications.
Utilizing GitHub to maintain version control and collaborate seamlessly with your team.
Harnessing the power of GitOps to streamline deployment and operational processes.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or a related field required

Experience

Minimum 5+ years increasingly responsible programming experience using a standard coding language and/or platform required
Minimum four years experience writing detailed program designs for medium to large sized projects preferred
Experience with modern cloud environments. We use Azure and AWS.
Strong skills in Git.
Strong background in automating and optimizing operational processes.
Comfortable with developing custom tools and scripts to enhance automation and efficiency. We use Go, but experience in any language is of value.
Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
Proactive, responsible, independent, and solution-oriented working style that is based on an overall understanding of the respective problems.
Collaborative working habits that accelerate the team.
Very good spoken and written English

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Terraform, EKS, AWS, Azure, GitHub, CI/CD, GitOps, and IaC.
Good understanding of .NET, Powershell and nodeJS web application development, build and deployment.

NOTE: This role will be based out of The Leela Office located on the 4th Floor, Airport Road, Kodihalli, Bangalore- 560008. Our expectation at this time, is that you would work from our office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays with flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

Work Timing: 1 PM to 10 PM IST
