Associate Product Manager – Data Analytics

We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager – Data Analytics who will primarily work as a Data Analyst, owning product and business insights, while also supporting product planning and execution. This role is ideal for someone who loves data, is curious about product decisions, and wants to grow at the intersection of analytics, product, and business.

What you’ll do

• Analyze product and business data using SQL and structured datasets
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI / Tableau / Looker)
• Track key product KPIs, funnels, user behavior, and performance metrics
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and deep-dive analysis to generate insights
• Support leadership and product teams with actionable, data-backed recommendations
• Automate recurring reports and maintain clear data documentation
• Assist Product Managers in requirement gathering and documentation
• Define success metrics for features and analyze post-release performance
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and business teams during execution
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and track tasks via Jira/Confluence

What You Bring

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL
• Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Understanding of product and business metrics
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum ways of working
• Basic knowledge of Python/R for analysis or automation (good to have)
• Clear communication, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
