Product Manager

The Product Manager will act as the bridge between factory operations and the MetalCloud product ecosystem. The role requires translating real-world factory requirements, operational challenges, and client expectations into structured product initiatives. This individual will own the end-to-end lifecycle of product requirements, from factory discovery and problem definition to product scoping, development coordination, delivery, and value realization in client factories. The role requires working closely with clients, project managers, engineering teams, and customer success teams to ensure that both standard MetalCloud features and customized factory projects are delivered successfully and generate measurable operational value.

The Core Responsibilities For The Job Include The Following

Factory Discovery and Client Requirement Capture:

• Visit client factories to understand operational workflows, production challenges, and process inefficiencies.
• Capture client expectations, operational pain points, and improvement opportunities across melting, procurement, and production processes.
• Convert qualitative client inputs and operational insights into structured product opportunities.
  
  

Product Scoping And Solution Design

• Translate factory requirements into clear product scope, functional requirements, and implementation frameworks.
• Define whether a requirement should be solved through: Standard MetalCloud product features or Customized project implementations for specific factories.
• Prepare structured product documentation including PRDs, workflows, and feature specifications.
  
  

Product Roadmap Ownership

• Contribute to and maintain the MetalCloud product roadmap based on factory insights and product priorities.
• Identify scalable solutions that can convert custom factory problems into standard platform capabilities.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, scalability, and implementation feasibility.
  
  

Delivery Coordination

• Coordinate with the tech and development team for standard product features.
• Work closely with project managers for factory-specific or customized implementations.
• Ensure that product requirements are clearly communicated and executed as per defined scope and timelines.
  
  

Implementation And Value Realization

• Ensure smooth handover and execution of projects through coordination with project managers and customer success teams.
• Act as the central point of alignment between clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor implementation outcomes and ensure that deployed solutions generate measurable operational improvements in factories.
  
  

Post-Deployment Engagement

• Work with clients and internal teams to track product adoption and operational outcomes.
• Identify enhancement opportunities based on real factory usage and feedback.
• Ensure continuous improvement of MetalCloud capabilities based on field insights.
  
  

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Product Management, Industrial Technology, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Strong ability to translate client problems into product solutions and structured execution plans.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, delivery, and customer success.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to convert operational insights into product features.
