NVIDIA is looking for a hardworking Sr. Security Manager covering the APAC region, with direct experience to ensure the safety of our employees, lead physical security incident response, and manage our operations teams. What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinate security incident and crisis response efforts throughout the APAC region
Lead all aspects of a large, contracted guard force across multiple locations
Deep understanding of local security regulations and cultural considerations across APAC countries
Supervise the Regional Security Operations Center (RSOC) team
Conduct physical security assessments, audits, surveys, and reviews
Engage and collaborate with global peers to benchmark standard processes
Provide briefings, updates, and situational awareness reports
Partner with other business units and contribute to a strong work culture
Support the local Emergency Response Team (ERT)
Develop and maintain relationships with industry peers, vendors, and key public agencies, to include law enforcement contacts

What We Need To See

Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent experience) in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Security Intelligence, or similar field of study
10+ overall years in a similar role with a federal, state, or local law enforcement agency or multinational corporation, and 5+ years of management experience
Industry methodologies and metrics defining excellence
Knowledge of security technology systems and concepts
Understand building and fire codes as well as other local safety regulations
Validated decision-making and discernment skills
Excellent interpersonal skills

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

Advanced training and industry recognized certification (CPP, PSP, etc.)
Experience leading physical security teams for large special events
Fluent in both English and Mandarin
