What you do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Understanding existing audit workflows and identifying opportunities for simplification and automation.
• Developing operational workflow diagrams to facilitate the design of automation solutions.
• Building and automating data pipelines to support audit analytics.
• Utilizing automation tools like Power Automate, UiPath, or Python to streamline processes.
• Maintaining and enhancing existing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.
• Developing visualization dashboards using Power BI to present audit insights.

Who you work with

You will collaborate with other team members in Audit Analytics, based in various offices, and with other Group Audit teams to understand their analytics requirements, assess the current pain-points and develop and deploy analytics solutions to address these pain-points. This may include redesigning current processes, streamlining the processes using the appropriate tool(s), developing solutions, conducting user acceptance testing, managing rollout, and evaluating the effectiveness of the process automation.

Who you are

• A recent graduate from a Polytechnic or University with a diploma or degree in the relevant field.
• Possess an undying curiosity and passion about helping our internal stakeholders to automate their workflows
• Demonstrate proficiency in RPA tools like Power Automate / UiPath / Python and visualization tools such as Power BI / QlikView or QlikSense /Tableau.
• Detail-oriented and possess a strong analytical mindset.
• A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
