Job Description

Collect, clean, and organize sales and customer data from multiple sources (CRM, campaigns, internal tools)
Build and maintain dashboards to track key sales metrics (revenue, conversion rates, pipeline, etc.)
Analyze sales performance and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
Support forecasting and pipeline analysis for business planning
Assist in segmenting customers and identifying high-value target groups
Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to evaluate campaign performance
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal stakeholders

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related fields
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables required)
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio) is a plus
Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus
Interest in business, sales, or startups is highly preferred
