Full Stack Engineer - React Native

We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack React Native Engineer who can contribute across the mobile and backend ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be strong in React Native for building enterprise-grade mobile applications and equally comfortable working with backend technologies such as Spring Boot and modern database systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-performance iOS and Android applications using React Native.

• Architect and design scalable front-end and mobile solutions following modern RN standards.

• Work across the full stack, contributing to backend services using Spring Boot and both relational & NoSQL databases.

• Write high-quality, testable code and implement unit tests.

• Build smooth, responsive UI/UX experiences aligned with enterprise performance and security needs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, focusing on performance, stability, and optimization.

• Collaborate with Product, Backend, Design, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end features.

• Use Git effectively to manage branches, commits, and collaborative workflows.

• Participate in sprint ceremonies, grooming, and agile delivery processes.

Must have:

• Minimum 7+ years of total experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on development with React Native and 3+ years of experience building applications using Spring Boot.

• Strong understanding of ES6, TypeScript, and modular mobile architecture.

• Strong experience with modern state and data management libraries such as Redux Toolkit, TanStack Query, and Zustand.

• Experience with performance optimization, and modern RN patterns.

• Strong understanding of iOS and Android platforms, including app lifecycle and platform differences.

• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL ,microservices integration, and backend development using Spring Boot.

• Hands-on experience with Git and monorepo development workflows.

• Excellent communication skills and a team-centric approach, especially within distributed teams.

• Good understanding of agile & SDLC. You may have (Bonus skills)

• Experience with React JS , Next JS

• Knowledge of various designing tools such as Figma

• Knowledge of AWS & github actions
