We are seeking a skilled and versatile Data Analyst / BI Developer who can work across multiple reporting platforms and modern data ecosystems. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in at least one reporting tool (Power BI, Crystal Report or Jasper), along with proficiency in Python and SQL, and exposure to cloud-based data platforms. Candidates who can adapt quickly across tools and leverage AI-assisted technologies will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

· Develop, design, and implement dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI, Crystal Reports, or Jasper.

· Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.

· Collaborate with data engineering teams to acquire, transform, and prepare data for reporting and analytics.

· Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.

· Utilize Python for data processing, automation, and integration tasks.

· Maintain and optimize reporting solutions for performance and scalability.

· Work across multiple reporting platforms and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.

· Build and support analytics solutions on Azure Fabric or Snowflake environments.

· Stay updated with the latest trends in BI tools, data platforms, and analytics practices.

· Leverage AI tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, etc., to improve productivity and navigate across reporting platforms efficiently.

· Provide support and guidance to junior team members when required.

Requirements:

· 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics / BI Development.

· Hands-on experience in at least one reporting tool (Power BI, Crystal Reports, or Jasper).

· Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases.

· Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.

· Exposure to Azure Fabric or Snowflake platforms.

· Familiarity with AI-assisted tools like Claude Code, Copilot, etc.

· Ability to work across multiple tools and adapt to different reporting environments.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
