Data Analyst I (Strong experience with Python and SQL)

JOB RESPONSBILITIES

The Data Analyst converts complex healthcare and risk adjustment data into clear, accurate, and actionable insights. Through reports, dashboards, and analytical models, this role directly supports financial performance, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence for both clients and internal teams.

This position functions as a subject matter expert across three key domains:

1. Data Engineering & Analytics
2. Expertise in business intelligence, databases, ETL processes, data pipelines, SQL, Python, and analytical best practices to ensure reliable and scalable data solutions.
3. Healthcare Risk Adjustment & Health Plan Data
4. Deep understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA Commercial risk adjustment programs to ensure accurate interpretation, reporting, and application of industry‑specific data.
5. Application-Level Analysis & Troubleshooting
6. Ability to identify root causes of system, data, and workflow issues; recommend corrective actions; and collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience as a Report Analyst or Data Analyst
• 3+ years of strong experience with Python
• 3+ years of strong experience with SQL
• Experience with PowerBI and Tableau
