Job Responsibilities
- Be an active member of a Scrum/Agile team developing enterprise‑grade medical imaging products
- Work closely with Product Owners, UX, and Architecture to translate business requirements into clear technical designs and execution plans
- Lead features end‑to‑end – from requirements and design, through implementation, testing, deployment, and production monitoring
- Contribute to system architecture, scalability, performance, and security decisions
- Design and develop robust, maintainable, and testable backend and frontend components
- Proactively identify and solve complex technical challenges
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production issues in distributed systems
- Continuously improve code quality, development processes, and engineering best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands‑on software development experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong experience with backend technologies:
- .NET / .NET Core, C#, RESTful APIs, Web Services, Windows services
- Experience designing APIs for scalability, performance, and security
- Strong experience with frontend technologies:
- Modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
- Experienced in using TypeScript
- React, Angular (2+), or equivalent modern framework
- Experience with Node.js
- Experience working with cloud‑native or cloud‑ready architectures
- Exposure to AI‑assisted development tools and modern productivity practices
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, clean code, and design principles
- Strong experience with unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), and automated build/deploy processes
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Analytical mindset, high ownership, and a strong can‑do attitude
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Team player, self‑learner (autodidact), and strong collaborator
- BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Advantage
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, distributed systems, and event‑driven design
- Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
- Knowledge of observability tools (logging, monitoring, tracing)
- Experience developing applications in medical, healthcare, or other regulated environments,
- working knowledge of healthcare interoperability and imaging standards such as HL7 (v2/v3, FHIR) and DICOM,
- understanding of compliance considerations (data privacy, security, auditability, and regulatory requirements)"
