We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the product roadmap and lifecycle while partnering closely with business and technical teams on enhancements and future initiatives.

What You'll Do

Lead product discovery with internal stakeholders, including customer journey mapping, identifying user needs, and building roadmaps aligned to business goals
Collaborate with UI/UX and industrial design teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and product designs
Own key aspects of Agile product delivery, including user stories, backlog grooming, triage, prioritisation, and cross-functional coordination
Translate product strategy into detailed business and functional requirements, prototypes, and actionable plans
Support product strategy development by identifying product differentiation, market opportunities, and competitive threats
Partner closely with development and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and faster time-to-market
Work with engineering teams from concept through prototyping, development, and production rollout
Build strong alignment and buy-in for the product vision internally and with relevant external partners

What You Bring

Must-have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
At least 5 years of overall working experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a Product Management role
Experience in Product Management within domains such as E-Commerce, Customer Support, or Merchant Support
Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems and use data, analytics, and user research to guide product decisions
Good understanding of technology concepts such as APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms
Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles
Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capability
Creative mindset with a clear product vision

Nice-to-have

Experience working with airline technology systems
Exposure to Google Cloud Platform
Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
Prior experience in the Travel or E-Commerce domain
