We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of applications through structured testing and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

• Review product requirements, specifications, and designs to understand test scope and objectives
• Design, develop, and execute test cases (manual and/or automated) based on requirements and user scenarios
• Perform various types of testing, including Functional Testing, System Integration
• Testing (SIT), End-to-End (E2E) Testing, and Regression Testing
• Conduct UI/UX validation and non-functional testing (performance, security, usability, etc.)
• Execute cross-browser and cross-device testing
• Identify, document, and track bugs using bug tracking tools such as Jira
• Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are properly resolved before release
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Project Managers, and designers to clarify requirements and resolve issues
• Ensure testing activities follow defined QA processes and standards
• Prepare test reports and provide clear testing status updates to stakeholders
  
  
  

What You Bring

Must-have:

• Basic understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies
• Experience in manual testing for web or mobile applications (black-box and white-box)
• Ability to write clear and structured test cases and bug reports
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar bug tracking tools, and Browser DevTools (basic level)
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
  
  
  

Nice-to-have:

• Experience or exposure in the Telco / Telecommunications industry
• Knowledge of basic HTML, CSS, or API testing
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Robot Framework
