XDR Security Engineer L2

Requirements:

1. Having a Bachelor's Degree in Information System (or similar Major) from a reputable university
2. Willing to work in an on-site configuration with a shifting working hour
3. Possessing a solid 2 years experience in managing Palo Alto's Cortex XDR product, with a focus on operation phase
4. Must possessed a valid Palo Alto's XDR certification for either "Palo Alto's XDR Engineer" or "PCDRA"
5. Strong and proven portfolio in an IT-security tools, focusing in Endpoint security platform such as AV/EDR/XDR, Malware Anlysis, and other cyber-attacks defender
6. Able to work under preassure; excellent target fullfilment orientation within a constrained time-line
7. Good English capability, both for verbal and written

Job Description:

1. Working in a shift-basis to manage the client's Cortex XDR support in terms of policy management, endpoint alerts management, and blacklisting / whitelisting
2. Managing a device upgrade and post-production implementation service, based on feasibility findings
3. Preventive and corrective maintenance execution and following it up with their respective reports
4. Maintenance support which consist of troubleshooting, incident prevention, and consultative service in regards of the client's security posture
5. Actively research malware trends, especially zero-day attack malware
6. Assist in providing technical documents and best-practice manuals concerning the XDR system
7. Coordinate with operators regarding the preparation and required configuration during XDR implementation process
