Job Summary

As a Senior Staff IT Software Engineer, you will be the architect of an "AI-First" evolution within our SAP ecosystem. We are seeking a pioneer to build intelligent agents that automate core business functions and revolutionize our SAP development lifecycle. You will lead the design of AI-driven solutions that transform traditional workflows into proactive, self-healing systems, directly impacting our global business operations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and development of intelligent AI Agents using RAG, LLMs, and MCP Servers to optimize core SAP modules (O2C, R2R, MM).
• Embed AI into the SAP development lifecycle to automate code reviews, unit testing, and technical documentation, enhancing developer productivity.
• Design and implement complex RICEW objects, custom integrations, and extensions within SAP S/4HANA, ensuring scalable and resilient solutions.
• Proactively collaborate with Architects and Business Systems Analysts to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical blueprints.
• Pilot and scale proven AI innovations, transforming traditional SAP workflows into proactive, self-healing systems with a zero-downtime mindset.
• Proactively monitor system performance and conduct data quality audits to ensure the integrity and stability of global SAP operations.
• Mentor and guide other engineers, fostering a culture of 'AI-First' thinking and challenging the team to adopt new technologies and practices.
  
  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of deep technical experience in SAP ABAP development and architecture.
• Proven track record of implementing AI solutions, specifically using AI Agents, MCP Servers, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Strong functional understanding of core SAP business processes such as Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Record-to-Report (R2R).
• Expertise in designing complex RICEW objects and building custom integrations using ABAP, BAPIs, and BADIs.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with modern software delivery methodologies like CI/CD and Agile.
• Experience acting as a technical lead or mentor for an engineering team.
• Curiosity and a passion for challenging the status quo by applying innovative AI solutions to enterprise problems
