QA & Business Analyst

Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical candidate who will work across Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, and Reporting. The role involves testing applications, analyzing data, preparing reports, and supporting business and product teams with insights and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance

• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications
• Prepare test cases, test scenarios, and test reports
• Log and track bugs using tracking tools
• Work with developers to reproduce and resolve issues
• Perform regression and UAT testing
• Ensure product quality before release

Business Analysis

• Understand business requirements and convert them into functional requirements
• Prepare documentation such as BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flows
• Coordinate with business, product, and development teams
• Assist in requirement gathering and solution discussions
• Analyse data and provide insights for business decisions

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare weekly and monthly worklog reports
• Create dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel
• Analyse trends, performance metrics, and operational data
• Use AI tools for report generation, data summarization, and documentation
• Automate reports where possible

Key Competencies/Skillsets:

• Strong Analytical and Logical Thinking
• Advanced Excel (Mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of Software Testing / QA
• Good understanding of SDLC / STLC
• Good documentation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Basic SQL knowledge is an added advantage
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) for reporting/documentation is preferred

Preferred Education and Experience:

• B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc Computer Science / IT / Data Analytics /MBA (Analytics)
• 0 to 1 year experience / Freshers can apply
• Internship experience in QA / Data / Analytics / BA is a plus
