General Responsibilities

This opening is specific to Fiat and Payments integrations product for PDAX.
Be an expert on the market and the product's positioning.
Ideate on features and identify problems to help the product achieve hit company goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to exchange ideas and gather requirements.
Write clear user stories to guide the design and engineering teams in development.
Join and lead Scrum events.
Manage the backlog of tickets on Jira.
Monitor product performance, analyze data, and provide insights to guide the decision-making of your team.
Plan, create, and modify documents, including API integration documents, FAQs, Playbooks, and User Guides.
Own the product's roadmap and clearly communicate with stakeholders, including setting expectations and communicating changes to the roadmap
Be the primary point of contact for your product and provide necessary training to other departments/colleagues.
Track KPIs and overall success of the product.
Perform other tasks as assigned or delegated by the department head and/or supervisors.

Qualifications

Experience:

5+ years of experience in Product Management.
Experience working in the fintech industry is preferred.
Experienced in Agile Development Process and familiar with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
Preferred: Experience with products that integrate payment solutions through various gateways within the Philippines.
Familiarity with APIs and software development processes.
Familiarity working with cross-functional development teams.
Familiarity with Cryptocurrency, Web3, and TradFi ecosystems and trends.

Skills:

Leadership and People Management Skills.
Confident in verbal and written communication.
Shows empathy for user problems.
Knowledge of Product Management techniques, such as Problem Discovery, Road Mapping, User Story writing, Prioritizing, and Data Analysis.
Understanding of financial statements, business models, and revenue streams.
