Application Test Engineer

JOB OBJECTIVE

Design and develop software solution for Photonics and Electronics ATE System for Camera Sensor, Power Amplifier, MOSFET, IGBT and RF and Module Burn-In products.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

1. Develop software, modules and test sequence based on specification and test plan from customer requirement.
2. Work closely with customer, project team and supplier to ensure timely delivery.
3. Monitor, evaluate, analyze and optimize test system to ensure optimal Manufacturing yield.
4. Debug/troubleshoot ATE failure and provide corrective action after completion of failure analysis.
5. Perform evaluation, research, experiment, prototyping, proof of concept and data analysis to determine cause effect of issue and to provide solution.
6. Responsible for overall projects, planning, design, development, buyoff and continuous improvement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor or Master Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
2. LabVIEW, TestStand or C++ language.
3. Lab equipment such as oscilloscope, DMM, function generator etc.
4. 3-5 years of working experience in related field, fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
5. Strong in verbal and written communication skill.
6. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical teams.
7. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Motivated, growth mindset and with positive attitude.
9. Applicant must be willing to work in Penang and travel on assignment.
