AI Node Full Stack Developer

About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to design and build scalable, AI-driven payment solutions that power social impact initiatives. This role focuses on developing secure, reliable, and high-performance payment platforms integrated with third-party providers while leveraging AI/ML technologies to enhance efficiency, fraud detection, and transaction optimization.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the design and development of scalable payment platforms
• Drive AI adoption in payment processing and risk management
• Architect and build high-performance payment systems integrating with Stripe, PayPal, etc.
• Develop and optimize APIs for seamless transaction processing
• Implement AI-driven enhancements for fraud detection, risk assessment, and transaction optimization
• Improve payment efficiency through automation, analytics, and intelligent routing
• Collaborate with product, security, DevOps, and cross-functional teams
• Ensure compliance with security standards including PCI-DSS
• Drive system scalability using cloud-native and serverless architectures
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best engineering practices
• Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong backend development and system design expertise in payment platforms
• Hands-on experience with scalable, cloud-native applications and AI-driven systems
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in payment systems
• Experience integrating payment gateways such as Stripe or PayPal
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Ruby, C#, or Node.js
• Strong experience in API design and development
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with microservices and event-driven architectures
• Experience with Docker and containerized environments
• Knowledge of AI/ML applications for fraud detection and transaction optimization
• Understanding of real-time transaction monitoring and payment processing systems
• Experience with frontend technologies (TypeScript, React) is a plus
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to mentor and provide technical leadership
• Strong communication skills to interact with technical and business stakeholders
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
