Job Description

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Familiarity with system analysis and design concepts
Ability to gather and document business and technical requirements
Basic knowledge of databases (SQL is a plus)
Understanding of UML diagrams, flowcharts, or other modeling tools
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
Analyze current systems, workflows, and processes
Assist in designing system solutions or improvements
Create documentation (SRS, flowcharts, UML diagrams)
Work with developers to ensure requirements are understood
Support system testing (UAT, debugging, validation)
Help implement and monitor new systems
Provide basic user support and training
