We are looking for an experienced Android Developer (SDE-3) to join our dynamic engineering team at PW. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, and modern Android architecture.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance mobile applications that deliver exceptional learning experiences to millions of students.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
• Integrate and manage RESTful APIs with a focus on performance and security
• Architect scalable solutions using Clean Architecture, MVVM, or MVI patterns
• Work with core Android components such as Activities, Fragments, and Navigation Compose
• Ensure high code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams for seamless delivery
• Integrate third-party SDKs, media libraries, and live-streaming solutions as needed
• Continuously improve app performance, scalability, and user experience

📚 Requirements

• 5–9 years of hands-on experience in Android development
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Android fundamentals
• Experience with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, and modern Android tools
• Solid understanding of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and scalable design
• Experience in REST API integration
• Strong knowledge of MVVM / MVI architecture and state management
• Deep understanding of Android components (Activities, Fragments, Navigation)
• Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities

• Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)
