The Security System Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our security systems including C-Cure and Genetec applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling large-scale security projects and a deep understanding of security administration .

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Manage and support security systems infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot C-Cure and Genetec security applications, ensuring all systems are up-to-date and operational.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to design and implement security measures tailored to specific project requirements
• Develop and manage access control policies, monitor security systems, and respond to security incidents
• Lead technical audits and assess the security system's performance, suggesting improvements as needed
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members
• Prepare comprehensive documentation of security configurations, procedures, and system changes
• All other duties, as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of experience in security system administration, particularly involving large-scale projects

• Proficient in the configuration and operational oversight of C-Cure and Genetec security systems.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing security systems on a large scale
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
