The primary responsibility of this role is to handle operations across all pitchIN products

Infrastructure and Platform Management

Set up and maintain cloud infrastructure with automated script (terraform).
Administer cloud platforms, including but not limited to Azure, Digital Ocean, and Cloudflare.
Conduct research on how to reduce cost, improve scalability & stability and optimize performance of the cloud platform.

CI/CD and Service Deployment

Maintain and improve CI/CD scripts.
Perform service deployment to UAT and Production environments.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and deployment best practices.

Security and Integrations

Handle the access and security for external integration points.
Manage specific integrations of third parties services (email, payment gateway, etc).

Office Operations and Asset Management

Manage general office operations, including staff on-boarding and off-boarding.
Conduct asset management for office equipment (notebook, monitor, mouse, office access card, etc).
Provide administration for office software subscriptions (MS 365, Google Workspace, etc).

Within 1 month, you'll be...

Familiarizing yourself with the current infrastructure setup, deployment processes, and CI/CD scripts.
Taking over the administration duties for core office software services (MS 365, Google Workspace).

Within 3 months, you'll be...

Actively performing service deployment tasks to UAT and Production environments.
Getting involved in documenting and securing critical access points for external integrations to third parties services (email, payment gateway, etc).

Within 6 months, you'll be...

Leading research initiatives to improve platform performance and optimize cloud platform costing.
Defining and evangelizing best practices for infrastructure management, deployment, and asset tracking.

Requirements For This Role

Experience in infrastructure setup and maintenance.
Proven ability to administer major cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Digital Ocean, Cloudflare).
In-depth understanding of the CI/CD process and experience maintaining deployment scripts.
Knowledge of security protocols, especially related to managing external third-party integration access points.
Experience or familiarity with general office operations management, asset management, and administering office software (MS 365, Google Workspace).
Proven track record of delivering successful projects (as is required for development roles).
Strong logical and problem-solving ability is required.
