The position is primarily responsible for maintaining and optimizing the organization's core IT infrastructure-including physical, virtual and cloud servers, storage systems, operating systems, and related infrastructure services. The position is also responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and security of these systems to support business operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Deploys and configures cloud platforms. Monitors its performance and optimizes resource utilization.
- Addresses and resolves issues concerning hardware and software operating systems.
- Coordinates the isolation, identification, and correction of enterprise system software and hardware problems/failures to recover full production status and prevent malfunctions.
- Oversees the maintenance of enterprise computer system software and hardware
- components to support day-to-day operation and maximize system utilization.
- Recommends appropriate hardware and/or software for implementation of IT project initiative.
- Evaluates the suitability and impact of software and hardware components on enterprise systems/servers.
- Contributes to the enhancement of commercial and internal enterprise system software to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Protects company information assets based on established information security policy.
- Provides coaching to new and junior members of the team.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of any IT-related course.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in cloud systems and infrastructure administration (AWS and/or Azure).
- Demonstrated experience in people management or team leadership.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
