Senior Full Stack Developer

Responsible for leading and managing the design, development, and maintenance of scalable software/web applications from inception to deployment, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business and technical requirements. This role involves technical planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and oversight of all front-end and back-end development activities to ensure high-quality, secure, and high-performance application delivery.

Job Description

1. Full Stack Development (Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications across both front-end and back-end systems.)
2. Technical Leadership (Lead technical projects, provide direction to the development team, and ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and system design.)
3. Project Execution & Quality Assurance (Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions through proper planning, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.)
4. Requirements & Stakeholder Management (Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications and system architecture.)
5. Team Mentorship & Collaboration (Mentor and support team members, guide them through complex technical challenges, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.)

Background / Qualification

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development specializing in software/web application development, with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role.
• Proven experience in designing and developing large-scale, complex mobile applications or systems, including front-end, back-end, user interfaces, and databases.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), as well as Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
