Responsible for leading and managing the design, development, and maintenance of scalable mobile applications from inception to deployment, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business and technical requirements. This role involves technical planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and oversight of all front-end and back-end mobile development activities to ensure high-quality, secure, and high-performance application delivery. Key responsibilities include guiding the development team through complex technical challenges, collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into clear technical specifications, and mentoring the team to foster continuous improvement and innovation. Expertise in modern programming languages, frameworks, and cloud platforms, coupled with strong problem-solving skills, will be essential to ensuring the success of the mobile application projects.

Job Description

1. Mobile Application Development (Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance mobile applications across both front-end and back-end systems.)
2. Technical Leadership (Lead technical projects, provide direction to the development team, and ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and mobile application design.)
3. Project Execution & Quality Assurance (Ensure timely delivery of high-quality mobile solutions through proper planning, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.)
4. Requirements & Stakeholder Management (Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications and mobile application architecture.)
5. Team Mentorship & Collaboration (Mentor and support team members, guide them through complex technical challenges in mobile development, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.)

Background / Qualification

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development specializing in mobile application development, with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role.
• Proven experience in designing and developing large-scale, complex mobile applications or systems, including front-end, back-end, user interfaces, and databases.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), as well as Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
