As we scale rapidly, we’re looking for an SDE 3 who can build and own high-scale, business-critical distributed systems.

🔥 What you’ll work on

• Designing scalable backend architectures
• Building high-availability distributed systems
• Driving HLDs, APIs, data models, and service design
• Solving performance, reliability, and cost optimization challenges
• Capacity planning and bottleneck identification
• End-to-end ownership from design to production
• Mentoring engineers and influencing engineering excellence

🎯 What makes you a fit

• 4+ years in backend/software engineering
• Strong experience with system design at scale
• Strong DSA + OOP fundamentals
• Experience owning production systems
• Strong understanding of monitoring, alerting, and performance tuning
