Tech Lead (AI / Product Development Focus)

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and scaling of our AI-powered products. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and business — owning both architecture decisions and execution quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of AI-driven products (LLM, NLP, automation workflows)
• Define system architecture, scalability, and performance standards
• Work closely with product and business teams to translate ideas into deployable solutions
• Build and guide a high-performing engineering team (hands-on coding required)
• Design and integrate AI models (OpenAI, open-source LLMs, fine-tuning, prompt engineering)
• Ensure code quality, CI/CD practices, and deployment pipelines
• Drive technical decision-making and roadmap alignment

Requirements

• Strong experience in full-stack or backend development (Node.js / Python preferred)
• Proven exposure to AI/ML product development (LLM, NLP, or data-driven systems)
• Experience integrating APIs (OpenAI, vector DB, embeddings, etc.)
• Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Ability to balance speed vs scalability in early-stage products
• Comfortable leading teams while remaining hands-on

Good to Have

• Experience with LangChain, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
• Startup or product-building experience (0→1 or scaling phase)
• Familiarity with MLOps / model deployment pipelines
