The Impact You Will Have

• Build & Ship AI Infrastructure : Develop and deploy core components of our AI platform, turning architectural blueprints into scalable, production-ready healthcare applications.
• Integrate Cutting-Edge AI Tools : Work directly with vector databases, LLM orchestration frameworks, and RAG pipelines to build features that directly impact patients and doctors.
• Drive High-Velocity Execution : Push the boundaries of engineering speed and quality by fully integrating AI coding assistants into your daily workflow to ship end-to-end applications from scratch.
  
  

The DNA We Are Looking For

• Strong Backend Foundation (~5+ Years) : You are a highly capable software engineer with a proven track record of building and maintaining robust backend services and APIs.
• You have hands-on experience with core backend technologies, including microservices, Kubernetes, Kafka, gRPC, etc. and you deeply understand scale and performance.
• A Pure Builder (100% IC) : You love writing code and want to remain a hands-on builder.
• You take pride in shipping clean, efficient, and well-tested software without the desire to move into people management.
• The AI-Augmented Developer : You are actively using tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor to multiply your output. You see AI as a crucial tool for modern software engineering.
• AI Ecosystem Familiarity : You have practical experience with or a strong foundational understanding of modern AI tools (LLMs, prompt engineering, vector search, embeddings). You are eager to go deeper into AI infrastructure.
• High Agency & Extreme Resourcefulness : You operate with a growth mindset and thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. You take ownership of your features from inception to deployment and figure out how to unblock yourself.
  
  

A Note On Profile

This is a fast-paced engineering role focused on building the backend systems that power our AI features. We are looking for strong backend engineers who are passionate about the AI space and ready to build scalable infrastructure, rather than traditional pure ML modelers or data scientists.
