Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary: Help measure the product performance data (website). Bridge the gap between raw data and actionable insights by ensuring our reporting is accurate, untainted by bots, and resilient to tracking issues.

Experience Level: 3-6 yrs

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and reporting – Analyse data, build and maintain frameworks to quantify the historical impact of Data Quality (DQ) issues. This will also involve stripping out "noise" to reveal true performance trends. Proactively identify and mitigate data inflation caused by bots, scrapers, and click-tracking errors.
• Digital Analytics Governance: Utilize CJA (Customer Journey Analytics) or similar tools to build robust reporting dashboards that the product team can trust.
• Performance Diagnostics: Lead deep-dive investigations into sudden dips or spikes in product KPIs, diagnosing whether the cause is a technical bug, a tracking failure, or a shift in user behaviour.

Skills:

• Proficient in SQL, Python and Tableau
• Digital Analytics Expertise: Hands-on experience with Adobe CJA or similar tools like Google Analytics 4, or Amplitude.
• Analytical Rigor: The ability to look at a metric dip and systematically "peel the onion" to find the root cause.
• Communication: Ability to translate complex data integrity issues into simple business impact statements for stakeholders.
