Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead – Full Stack with strong expertise in Node.js and React.js to architect, develop, and lead the delivery of scalable web applications. This role blends technical leadership with active coding and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design and development using Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript

Build scalable REST APIs and microservices (ExpressJS/MoleculerJS)

Mentor team members and conduct code reviews

Collaborate with Product, QA, and Design teams

Drive code quality, performance optimization, and best practices

• Contribute to cloud deployment and monitoring using AWS (EC2, SES, SNS)
• Implement automated testing (Jest) and follow Agile practices

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

4+ years of full-stack development experience

Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, React.js, TypeScript

Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB

• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
• Strong understanding of Git and Agile methodologies
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Experience with Python

Experience with NestJS

• Experience with Next.js
