Application Security Engineer (Blue Team)

Job Description:

- Monitoring API, web, and mobile application usage to identify trends and anticipate vulnerabilities

- Overseeing operations and maintaining both internal and external firewalls

- Collaborating with the development and infrastructure teams to develop and maintain data protection on servers, databases, and Privy applications

- Ensuring firewall procedures are updated and align with best practices

- Assisting with periodic code reviews and preparing reports

- Optimizing the use of cryptography through both software and HSM appliances

- Collaborating with the Data Protection Officer (DPO) team regarding user data protection in Privy

- Manage PAM (Privileged Access Management) and IAM (Identity and Access Management) cloud environment

- Organize administrative documents related to PAM and IAM management

- Collaborate with related team to provide documents for access requests, access removal, RFC related to PAM and IAM

- Assist IT Compliance & Governance in reviewing and assessing PAM and IAM activity reports

Job Requirement:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, etc

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same field

- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and secure application development practices

- Proactive and disciplined

- Good communication and presentation skills, able to make reports

- Positive attitude, fast learner and able to work as a team
